SOP Development and Workflow Documentation Services

Owner knowledge translated into step-by-step processes — roles, checklists, decision points, handoffs. The kind of document a new hire can run on day one.

What changes after this work

  • The process leaves the owner's head and lands somewhere the team can read it
  • Onboarding a new hire stops costing a senior person a full week
  • Every step has one owner, so nothing sits waiting for someone to notice

What you actually get

Branded assets delivered into your own workspace. You keep, edit and extend everything.

  • Numbered SOP with trigger, owner and SLA on every step
  • RACI matrix so responsibility is explicit, not assumed
  • Decision points written as if/then rules, including the failure path
  • Handoff definitions between people, teams and tools
  • Branded PDF plus an editable Doc you keep and extend

How sops & workflows gets delivered

  1. 01

    Capture

A recorded working session where you walk through the process the way you actually do it, including the shortcuts and the exceptions.

  2. 02

    Draft

We write the first version as numbered steps with owners, triggers, SLAs and decision logic, and flag every gap we could not resolve from the session.

  3. 03

    Pressure-test

You or a team member runs a live job against the draft. Anything that breaks gets rewritten before delivery — a document nobody can follow is not a deliverable.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Final branded PDF and editable Doc, plus a recorded walkthrough so the team can run it without you translating.

Fixed scope, fixed price

SOPs & Workflows: common questions

What is included in a standard operating procedure?

A KSP SOP includes the trigger that starts the process, the owner of each step, an SLA where timing matters, the numbered steps themselves, decision logic written as if/then rules, the handoff at the end of each step and a RACI matrix for the process as a whole.

How much does it cost to have an SOP written?

A Single SOP Build is $147 for one complete process documented end to end. Three SOPs are included in the $597 Operations Starter Pack alongside the audit and a client tracker.

Which process should I document first?

Start with the process that either touches money or breaks most often — usually lead intake to proposal, or job scheduling to invoice. The free Ops Clarity Call will tell you which one applies to your business.

Do I own the SOP documents?

Yes. Every SOP is delivered as a branded PDF and an editable Google Doc in your own drive. There is no platform to stay subscribed to and nothing is locked behind KSP.
