Booking and Service Systems for Salons, Spas and Studios
Chair time is inventory. Every no-show, double-booking and undocumented service standard is revenue that already left the building.

FAQ
Salons & Studios: common questions
We use a booking app already. What is missing?
The app takes bookings. It does not define what happens when someone no-shows twice, how a new stylist learns your standard, or how you know which chair is actually profitable. Those are procedures, not features.
How do you handle bookings that come through Instagram DMs?
The flow routes them into the same record as everything else, usually via a short form link. The client keeps their preferred channel; you stop having two systems.
Do you work with booth renters and independent contractors?
Yes. That arrangement makes written standards more important, not less, because you cannot manage a contractor the way you manage an employee.
