No-Code Internal Tools Built on Sheets, Notion and Forms

Trackers, dashboards, intake forms, Notion hubs and templates that replace the group chat, the sticky notes and the ask-the-owner workflow.

What changes after this work

  • Status lives in one place instead of five chat threads
  • Nobody re-types the same client detail into three different files
  • The owner can see the week without asking anyone for an update

What you actually get

Branded assets delivered into your own workspace. You keep, edit and extend everything.

  • Custom Google Sheets trackers with status logic and conditional formatting
  • Weekly snapshot dashboards built on your real fields, not a template
  • Intake forms that write directly into the tracker, no copy-paste step
  • Notion hubs for process, policy and template storage
  • A short recorded walkthrough per tool so the team can actually run it

How no-code internal tools gets delivered

  1. 01

    Scope the job

We define the smallest tool that removes the biggest manual step. One tool that gets used beats four that get abandoned.

  2. 02

    Model the data

Fields, statuses and owners are agreed before anything is built, so the tool matches how you already talk about the work.

  3. 03

    Build lean

Sheets, Forms, Docs and Notion only. No new subscription, no platform you have to be trained into, nothing you cannot open in a browser.

  4. 04

    Load and hand over

We load your live data, run it for a week alongside the old method, then hand over the file and the walkthrough.

Fixed scope, fixed price

No hourly billing and no open-ended retainer. Full breakdown on the pricing page.

No-Code Internal Tools: common questions

Why no-code instead of custom software?

For a team under about twenty people, custom software adds cost, maintenance and a dependency on whoever built it. Sheets, Forms and Notion cover the same operational need, cost nothing extra, and can be edited by the business owner directly.

Do you work in Notion or Google Sheets?

Both, and usually together. Sheets handles pipeline, jobs, money and anything with rows and statuses. Notion handles process, policy, templates and anything that needs to be read and searched.

What happens if we outgrow the no-code tools?

The data model is documented, so the tracker exports cleanly into a CRM or a purpose-built system when the volume justifies it. Nothing built here has to be thrown away to move on.

Can you replace our WhatsApp group for job tracking?

That is the most common build. Jobs move into a tracker with owners, stages and dates; the group chat stays for conversation and stops being the system of record.
