Delivery Systems for Consultants, Studios and Local Agencies

You sell expertise, so delivery lives in your head by default. That works until the second client, the first hire, or the week you are sick.

Sound familiar?

  • Every proposal is written from scratch and scope creeps by default
  • Delivery quality depends on which person picked up the project
  • Contractors need constant direction because nothing is written down
  • You cannot take on the fifth client without dropping one of the first four
  • Invoicing slips because delivery milestones were never formally defined

What we build for this sector

Delivered as branded Sheets, Docs and Notion pages in your own workspace.

  • Proposal and scoping SOP with a reusable scope template and exclusions
  • Per-service delivery checklist so quality does not depend on who is staffed
  • Client pipeline tracker with stage, value, owner and next action
  • Contractor briefing pack so external help delivers to your standard
  • Milestone-to-invoice procedure that keeps billing on schedule

Consultants & Agencies: common questions

I am a solo consultant. Do I need SOPs?

Documented delivery is what lets you charge for a repeatable outcome instead of your hours, and it is what makes the first hire possible. Solo is the cheapest time to write it down, not the least useful.

How do you stop scope creep?

A scope template with explicit exclusions, and a written change procedure with a trigger. Most creep happens because nobody defined what out-of-scope looks like in advance.

Will this make my delivery feel corporate to clients?

The systems are internal. What the client sees is that the work arrives on time and the same way twice.
