Ground rules
What we hold to on every engagement
These are not preferences. They are the reason the systems survive month three.
Nothing gets built before the process behind it is understood
Every step in every document has exactly one named owner
A draft is tested against a live job before it counts as delivered
The stack stays lean — Sheets, Docs, Forms, Notion — so you can maintain it
Priority fixes ship first; polish comes after the bleeding stops
FAQ
Process questions
How long does a full engagement take?
A Full Ops Audit is delivered about a week after the intake session. The Operations Starter Pack — audit, three SOPs and a tracker — typically runs two to three weeks end to end, most of which is us working, not you.
How much of my time does this take?
Roughly two to four hours total across the engagement: one intake session, one or two recorded process walkthroughs, and one handover call. Everything between those is on our side.
What if the SOP does not match how we actually work?
That is what the pressure-test step is for. A draft gets run against a live job before delivery, and anything that breaks is rewritten. Documentation that only works on paper is not a deliverable.
What happens after handover?
Nothing you have to pay for. Every asset is in your workspace and editable. Optional monthly maintenance exists for teams that want documentation extended as they grow, but it is not required for the systems to keep working.
